"Full Bar Tool Set"
I was very hopeful about these bar tools. I have a bartender friend who talked about how good the quality WAS on Cocktail Kingdoms products. Some of her old tools were very nice. I guess things have changed.
But, I was very disappointed with the quality of the products that I got. No surprise, to start everything was made in China. Please read to the end for
I ordered the following:
OTH-CHKY-G Church Key – Gold
• This metal on this item is just very thin and has a cheap feeling.
STR-COCO-G CoCoô Strainer - Gold-Plated
• The metal on this is very thin and the strainer mesh is soft and crushes very easily
KNF-OLPK-PAR Overlord - Pakkawood Handle / 3.5” Paring Knife
• -This knife was sold as "Damascus Steel” – it is not Damascus steel, it has a very light etching to make it sort of look that way, it will rub off over time. The overall quality is not bad, but it is not what they say.
OTH-GRTNG-G Garnish Tongs - Gold-plated / 25cm (10in)
• These were generally fine. One of the few items.
JIG-LEOB-0102G Leopold® Jigger 1oz / 2oz - Gold-Plated / Banded
• This jigger was by far the nicest piece. As expected, it felt solid and had a nice finish.
BSP-LEO36G Leopold® Barspoon - Gold Plated / 36cm
• The bar spoon was “ok” the construction of the spoon was mediocre – you could see grind marks on the spoon.
OTH-BUSPLR-G Buswell Cast Metal Peeler - Gold
• Ok. Not much to say on this one. Generally as expected.
STR-BUS-BOT-G Buswell Bobtail Hawthorne Strainer - Gold Plated
• Very cheap feeling. VERY disappointing. The Stainer construction is very light metal and cheap feeling. I have a stainless steel set from Jack Rudy Cocktail that feels heavy/solid and well made.
KIT-SHA-LEO-G Set of Leopold® Weighted Shaking Tins - Gold-Plated
• By Far the “pièce de resistance” of disappointments. There is nothing weighted about this shaker set. It is light, flimsy, and feels very cheap.
This was over $300 of bar tools. Very disappointing for what is billed as Professional Bartending Equipment.

"I ordered a few bar tools from..."
I ordered a few bar tools from Cocktail Kingdom and the whole payment part was superrr simple. They had the payment options I already use, so I didn’t have to deal with creating some new account or jumping through extra steps.
Checkout went through really fast, and I got my order info right away. No weird payment hiccups or anything annoying, which is basically all I’m hoping for when I order stuff online.
"Pretty good, but one was scratched"
Decent quality overall. The shakers feel fine and do the job, but one of mine showed up with a scratch on it. Bummer. Not a dealbreaker, just a little disappointing.

"Pretty solid bar tools, I think"
I ordered a few cocktail tools after seeing people mention them online a bunch, i wasn’t totally sure if they’d live up to the hype. But they feel solid so far, and the website was easy enough to figure out. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, which made me wonder if I’d messed something up, but everything showed up in good shape. I’d probably buy from them again.

"Good deals, but lots of emails"
I ordered some bar tools and the promo code worked without any hassle, so no complaints there. The prices were good too. The only thing is the emails started coming in a bit often after that. From the tone, I’m guessing they’re just really trying to keep customers interested, but it was a little much for me.
"Looked better in the photos"
The pictures definitely made it look nicer than it actually is, lol. When it arrived, it felt a bit cheaper and smaller than I expected. Not the worst, but I was a little disappointed.

"Easy to use, but I was a little cautious"
I was a bit worried at first because I always have this fear of getting fooled when ordering from a site I haven’t used before. But the website was easy to browse, the bar tool categories made sense, and I could find what I needed without much trouble. Checkout was straightforward too. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that a few pages loaded a little slowly for me, but overall it was a good experience.

"Pretty Disappointing Packaging"
My glassware showed up with really flimsy packing, and one of the boxes was actually crushed. For something fragile, that’s just ridiculous. I expected a lot more care when shipping items like this...

"Cool custom options, shipping was kinda slow"
I liked all the choices for customizing the bar tools, it was easy to set up the engraving too. The colors looked close to the photos which was nice. Shipping took a little longer than I wanted but overall I’m happy with it

"Am I the only one who found the product details unclear?"
Am I the only one who couldn’t really tell what they were buying? I felt like the product info was missing a lot, and what was there was kind of confusing. I just wanted a clearer idea before ordering.

I was waiting for the restock notice, but... yeah, it showed up too late and the item was already gone again. Support was fine, I guess, but it was just kind of frustrating, you know?

"Shipping was fine, just took a while"
My order showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. It just took longer than I expected because customs was really slow. Wasnt a big deal, but definitely had to be patient.

"Great spot for cocktail supplies"
I found pretty much every cocktail tool I was looking for, plus a few bitters I hadn’t seen anywhere else. The site was easy to browse and there were plenty of options to choose from

"Tracking updates could’ve been more reassuring"
I ordered a few bar tools and the website was easy enough to use, so I felt fine about the purchase at first. I got the confirmation email right away, but after that there wasn’t much communication, and the tracking link just sat there without updating for days.
I kept checking because I really just wanted some reassurance that the order had actually shipped and wasn’t stuck somewhere. The items did arrive in the end, which was good, but the unclear tracking made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be.

"Good prices and solid quality"
Ordered a jigger and a mixing glass, and I’m happy with both. Like I said, the prices were better than a few other sites I looked at, and the quality feels really solid for what I paid. Shipping wasn’t bad either, like I said, nothing crazy. I’d definitely order from them again

The shipping was really slow, and I kept checking for updates because I wasn’t totally sure when it was going to arrive. It would’ve been nice to get a bit more reassurance or clearer tracking along the way.

Customer service did help me out in the end, which I appreciated. It just took a little longer than I expected, so that part was slightly frustrating. Overall, they were helpful, but the response time could be better

"Pretty easy to manage my account"
Updating my account info was simple. I logged in without any issues, and it probably took me around a minute or two to make the changes I needed. My only small gripe is that the saved addresses took maybe a few extra seconds to load, but overall it was easy to use.
